Who we are & what we offer

We are a small company of teachers and guides – both Hungarian and British – living in Budapest, who have experience in running school trips and know exactly how difficult it is to organise a visit to another country, especially one where the majority of people speak little English. We provide a highly personalised service where your exact requirements can be met.

We can organise local visits from just one day (maybe if you are based in Vienna, or you’re travelling through the area) right through to a week’s stay, incorporating accommodation and meals together with general and cultural experiences alongside curriculum-themed visits.

You book your flights and insurance but we will book your accommodation and we will meet you from the airport and take care of you throughout your visit.
We will work together with you to create a tailor-made itinerary incorporating the elements you choose. We can advise on accommodation to suit your budget and we’ll book this for you locally. We can arrange your local travel/entrance tickets in advance of your arrival, and generally take care of all the practical details here in Hungary which can prove time-consuming and frustrating when dealing with people who do not speak your language – we will also interpret for you in the few museums where information is only in Hungarian.

Please look at our Itinerary pages to see the huge variety of tours and visits available in Budapest. Then please contact us via the Contact page so we can start to plan a rich educational trip for your students.

We hope to see you here in Budapest!
